If you decide go on a diet, but you find yourself in a position in which you have to eat in restaurants frequently; you might find yourself in a stresfull position, thinking that you wont be able to follow a meal plan. However this is not necessarily the case. Here are some weight loss tips that you can follow while eating in restaurants:
1) This is the first one because it is probably the most important one: Don’t wait until you are starving to eat. Even if you are not going to eat outside; it is a good idea to have prepared a healthy snack such as pickles, carrots or an apple. Have you heard that you should never go to the supermarket when you are hungry?, well, if you re starving by the time you arrive to the restaurant, it will be muh harder to resist the tentation of a big hamburger or a delicious hotdog; especially with those irresistible pictures on the menu, don’t you think?
2) Look carfully at the menu; lots of restaurants have now a section with delicious low calorie dishes.
3) Stay away form bread and butter; if you need to entertain yourself while the food arrives, ask for

When you go out to eat, ask for a doggie bag when you order your meal. Put half the food in the container before starting to eat.
That should reduce the temptation to eat more than you should, because chances are you won’t open the container at the restaurant.
5) Start with a soup or a salad, but with no salad dressing, tell the waiter to bring you a fresh peace of lemon and pepper inestead.
6) Don’t order anything fried, order inestead grilled chicken or a sandwich without the bun and with no mayo.
7) Time for dessert? If you want something sweet, rather than a cake full of sigar, order a fruit salad.
